The Process
- To make an offer Quick Move Properties get 3 agents to visit your property to carry out an appraisal
- If the builder agrees we can go straight to RICS survey basing our offer on the open market value
- We will endeavour to get an offer to you within 48 hours of receipt of the agent's reports
Whilst there is obviously a cost involved, due to Quick Move Properties buying at a discount to the expected sale price, it can normally be spread between the parties involved. The benefits to both the buyer and the builder in most cases outweigh any financial short fall.
