The Process

• To make an offer Quick Move Properties get 3 agents to visit your property to carry out an appraisal
• If the builder agrees we can go straight to RICS survey basing our offer on the open market value
• We will endeavour to get an offer to you within 48 hours of receipt of the agent's reports
