What are the costs of living on a residential park?

As with any other property, you will be responsible for paying for water, electricity, gas and council tax for your park home. You will also need to pay ‘ground rent’ which is a payment made to the park operator to retain your home on the plot. Fees will vary from site to site and can range between £160 and £260 per month depending on the location. The park normally covers running costs such as park maintenance and the continued provision of services and amenities.
