Winners of Park Home awards announced

Sponsored by Quickmove and hosted by Park Home & Holiday Living magazine, the Park Home Champions industry awards recognize suppliers, park operators, manufacturers and industry specialists who go above and beyond for their customers.

With over 100 nominations from park residents and industry colleagues, it was a tricky task for the magazine judging panel to select the winners from an industry that features so much innovation, sustainable processes and high levels of customer service.

The winners were announced in June 2026 at The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show, with each winner receiving a trophy for their achievement!

“We were delighted to be involved in these awards for a second year running, recognising the best of the best in the industry. There is much to celebrate about the people who make the park home lifestyle so appealing, and congratulations go out to all the worthy winners.

“Best in Show” Home/Lodge Awards

Celebrating the best models on display at this year’s World of Park & Leisure Homes Show. Chosen for bringing design innovation, extra special build quality and ‘wow factor’.

The 2026 Best Park Home of the Show winner was Manor Park Homes’ Carlyon. Honourable mentions were also made for the Omar Breckland and YourRetreats’ Croxton.

Best Leisure Lodge of the Show was the Wessex Super Lodge. The magazine judging panel loved the fresh concept, layout and exceptional build quality. Highly Commended was Pathfinder’s Fletcher’s Farmhouse for its inspired use of colour and textures.

Services to the Park & Leisure Home Industry

This year’s award went to an individual who made a massive contribution to the industry across many decades, but who is tragically no longer with us.

Manor Park Homes’ Head of Sales and Commercial Operations, Simon Baker, passed away last November after a short illness, aged just 59. Simon was a hugely respected figure and one of the most-loved characters in the park home industry. Simon’s knowledge, leadership, integrity and kindness will live on with the brand new Manor Baker home being named in his honor.

Simon’s family attended the event to accept the award on his behalf and from 2027 this award has been renamed The Simon Baker Award.
