Offer Details Customers who make a new reservation accepted by Regency Living on or after 1 August 2026 and complete their purchase on or before 31 December 2026 will receive free site fees until 1 January 2028.
Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available only on new reservations accepted by Regency Living on or after 1 August 2026.
2. The offer does not apply to existing reservations, sales already agreed, or any transactions already in the sales pipeline prior to 1 August 2026.
3. The purchase must legally complete on or before 31 December 2026 to qualify.
4. Exception: Customers who reserve a home as a direct result of the Redhill launch event held on 12–13 September 2026 will qualify for this promotion regardless of their legal completion date.
5. Eligible customers will receive free site fees applicable to their purchased plot until 31st December 2027, with standard site fees commencing from 1 January 2028.
6. The offer covers standard site fees only and applies at the rate applicable to the purchased plot. Any other charges, utilities or additional services remain the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, incentive or discount, except Regency Living’s designated Hot Plots promotion and the Refer-a-Friend scheme.
8. This offer does not apply to purchases at Christchurch Marina Court, where a separate promotional offer is currently available.
9. The offer has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
