    What Does This Service Include?


    • A dedicated Account Manager handles the whole selling process on your behalf, progressing the marketing and sale to completion.
    • You also have access to our 5-star rated* team of in-house sales progression specialists with their backgrounds in new home developers, Estate Agency and Park Homes and experience in bringing speedy completions.
    • A specialist panel solicitor is available at a preferential rate, skilled in handling hundreds of park home downsizing transactions.


    • We provide a free marketing report with recommended asking price, quick sale price and likely selling price. These are all set at the right level for a sale in the required timescale, managed in line with the timings of your onward park home purchase.
    • Following approval of the initial desktop valuation, we negotiate and instruct two local agents to market your property, without overly-restrictive tie-in periods. This creates the desired urgency and competition between agents to achieve the sale.


    • We manage and monitor performance of the appointed estate agents closely, ensuring they pro-actively promote your property.
    • Feedback on viewings and any offers are verified by our professional and knowledgeable staff, ensuring buyers are qualified and financially able to make an offer.
    • We closely check and monitor sales chains to identify issues and prevent delays.
    • You are kept informed every step of the way from sale to completion, with detailed weekly updates and formal reviews every 4 weeks until sale achieved.

    How much does the service cost?

    Our fee is 1.95% of the selling price of your home and is capped at £10,000. This covers estate agent selling fees and access to preferential rates for conveyancing.

    A Fixed fee of £3,500 is charged for properties below £150,000.

    The agreement is for minimum of 8 weeks after which you can give 2 week’s notice if you wish to cancel for any reason.
