- This promotion runs from 09:00 hours on 1st April 2026 to 23:59 hours on 31st May 2026 and is only applicable for deposits taken within the same period.
- Customers purchasing one of the eligible new residential park homes during the promotional period will pay only £25 per month for a period of 25 months from the date of completion.
- The offer applies to selected new residential park home purchases only and excludes pre-owned homes and homes being sold privately.
- The £25 per month pitch fee rate will remain fixed for 25 months from the date of completion, after which the pitch fee applicable to the park will apply.
- The parks pitch fee rate will be added to your written statement and will be increased in line with the annual CPI increase. After the expiry of 25 months, you will be charged the full pitch fee rate.
- Each month a credit will be raised to leave a balance due of £25.00.
- You will still be responsible for all utility payments.
- In the event that ownership of the home transfers during the 25 month period, the reduction will cease.
- The initial minimum deposit required is £5000.00.
- Offer is for new sales only. Existing customers – those cancelling and re-starting their purchases on or after 1st April 2026 will not be eligible for this offer.
- Purchase of your park home must be completed by 31st December 2026 to qualify for the reduced pitch fee.
