That’s why specialist park home estate agents Quickmove are searching for the UK’s best-presented park home gardens, with a range of prize categories to win.
Co-sponsored by Towergate Insurance, Park Home Gardener of the Year 2024 is open to any residential park residents to enter by uploading photos of their garden using the form below, or simply emailing them to promotions@quickmoveproperties.co.uk. Why not nominate a green-fingered neighbour?
Our independent judging panel from the park home industry will select category winners and overall recipient of the coveted ‘golden trowel’ trophy, plus £200 in shopping vouchers.
Prize Categories
There are several new prize categories this year, with winners earning £100-£200 in shopping vouchers.
- Best Ornamental Display (£100 Prize)
- Best Border Display (£100 Prize)
- Best Decking or Patio (£100 Prize)
- Best Basket and Tub Display (£100 Prize)
The winner for Park Home Gardener of the Year 2024 (£200 Prize) will be selected from all entries.
New for 2024 is the Park in Bloom award recognizing the best-presented communal park area, with a £200 vouchers prize for the winning park community to put towards a park tea party!
NOTE: Entry deadline for Park in Bloom is extended to Friday 20th Sept 2024.

- Use landscape format and set your camera to a wide aperture so the main subject is sharp, while blurring the background.
- Natural lighting is key when taking outdoor photos. The best-lit times of day are early morning and late afternoon.
- Take photos from different angles, don’t be afraid to zoom in close and step back for a wide shot – make sure your park home is included in the picture!
- Feel free to include any pets in your garden pictures or visiting wildlife such as bees, butterflies and birdlife.

- Closing date for entry is 31st August 2024.
- To enter, use the online form at www.quickmoveproperties.co.uk/phgoty. Alternatively, email your name and the name of the park where you reside to promotions@quickmoveproperties.co.uk. Include as attachments up to 3 photos of your park home garden taken in 2024.
- Competition entrants may submit their entries to qualify for more than one category.
- The winning entry for each category will be chosen by an independent judging panel from qualifying entries.
- The prize for each garden-specific category is £100 of shopping vouchers.
- The prize for the overall Gardener of the Year 2024 winner is £200 of shopping vouchers and a trophy.
- An additional £200 shopping voucher prize is awarded to the winner of ‘Park in Bloom’ to spend on a park community tea party. This is for the community judged to have the best-presented communal area, based on photographs submitted by residents or staff at the park.
- The competition is open to all UK residential park home residents and staff. All winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the closing date and must then provide a postal address to claim their prize.
- Entering means Quickmove are granted the use of any photos to appear in publicity online, but anonymously.
- Any winner agrees to the use of his/her name, image and photo entry in any publicity material by both Quickmove Properties and competition sponsors Towergate Insurance.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
